Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 72 Hours for despatch Monday to Friday and a little longer over the weekend and public holidays.




Domestic: Standard shipping rate is $10.00 AUSTRALIA WIDE (please allow 4-10 days for delivery; this may be longer in busy periods and we can't control the postal service!).


Shipping Terms & Conditions:

1. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered within estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee your item(s) will be delivered within these timeframes. In busy periods, shipping times may take longer. 

2. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of 
delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

3. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. You must ensure that you have provided the correct address for delivery. Once your order is processed; we are unable to change the shipping address. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that this is correct. We are unable to give 
refunds if we are supplied with an incorrect address.


Order Pickup:

Please allow 72 hours for your order to be prepared. Pickup is from Forest Lake, 4078, Brisbane Queensland.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: packaging and tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for a refund.

Returns Process:

1. Please email us at advising that you would like to return an item; noting your order number and reason for return in the email.

2. We will then email you a Return Address,
 we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to be returned with the Goods.

3. Once you receive your Email, pack your return item(s) into a protected parcel and receipt/proof of purchase send your unused, unopened items to the return shipping address emailed to you. 

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Also, if you are shipping items with a value of over $60, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days (dependant on your financial institution).

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund within 7 days of receiving your notification of refund:

1. Double check your bank account (please remember that the amount refunded won't include your original shipping costs)

2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take longer before the refund is processed by them and officially posted to your account or card

3. If you have done these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at 

Faulty/Damaged Items:

If any items you receive are damaged in transit, please email within 3 days of receipt of item to notify us. Please be sure to include your order number, best contact details, details of the fault/damage and if possible a photo of the fault/damage.

Please note all care is taken in Packing the Goods in suitable shipping containers but we can note be held liable for any damages caused in transit by the shipping company. We will work with you to obtain an insurance claim payout if possible - NOTE: chica+co are not affiliated or responsible for the Courier Companies processes or outcome.

Final Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. All final sale items cannot be returned, so please choose carefully.


We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges due to the possibility of our products selling out. To guarantee that you receive your desired item/size/colour, please place a new order for this item and email us to return the original item (as per returns process).


We are unable to take responsibility for any injury or loss caused by the use or misuse of our products.


Afterpay How it Works


When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.


How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?
